Full refurbishment of apartment

We would like to do the below, it will be nice to get an estimate and then if we both are comfortable you can give a detailed estimate after looking at the apartment.

We would like all paperwork wherever necessary.

1.Toilet and bathroom : ( Please let me know if there is any difference in cost for removing the wall between toilet and bathroom or keeping it) 2. Parquet for the apartment ( stua, bedrooms, kitchen, gang,etc) 3. Painting/wallpaper in the apartment 4. 'L shaped downlights in the stua and Main bedroom.
5.Fixing of IKEA kitchen along with white goods

We would like to start the work on 1st February, please let us know if that is comfortable and also how long will it take for the work to be completed.
