Install new socket for kitchen

As im replacing my old stove with a new one (separate stove + induksjonstopp) i need an extra socket on the wall ( I got a 16A plug with the stove from ikea).
for this job i have two options:
1: make an extension from the socket for the exhaust (number 1 in picture), approx 1 meter below for whwich i need to drill the concrete wall, or
2: an extension from the switch next to the door. If possible this will be my preferred solution , so i can route the cable next to the door and then behind the stove. is ok to make this extension?
