upgrading the utebod to a sleepingroom

aside the lower level of the house we have an utebod (3x5m circa) and we want to upgrade it to a sleepingroom. the lower level of the house has windows in one side and is against the hill in the opposite side. the outerwalls of the house and of the utebod are in concrete. connecting the utebod to the main building needs opening an internal door in a concrete wall.
