Many electrical small jobs needed in our house.

Hei. There are several small electrical jobs that need doing in our house. We would like this to be done on a fixed price solution. Please give us a price estimate. Jobs that need doing: 1. 2 new plug sockets (one just next to the fuse box for the fryseboks and a double plug socket outside to charge el-sykler) 2. Ouside wall light at the door (already bought) and check of spot Lights in the entrance ceiling outside (they dont work at the moment and we think it is due to humidity in the ceiling. If possible the ceiling itself should be checked as well and tightend so water doesnt get in anymore) 3. The Microwave in the kitchen is at the moment attached to one of the light switches in the kitchen. We would like to have the microwave being seperated from the light switch, so it Always stays on. 4. Lights under the hanging kitchen Cabinets. There are at the moment light panels from IKEA. They party are damaged, hang down etc. We would like a new light solution there. 5. Bathroom: The plug sockets are off together with the light. We would like them to be Always on. 6. Washing room. The fuse today does not allow both washing machine and dryer to be on. If they are, the fuse jumps out. Need a stronger fuse? Solution for that. In Addition the Lights under the hanging Cabinets in the washing room dont work. Fixing of that. Also Ventilation does not work in the washing room. 7. We Need the plug sockets for a varmepumpe which will be installed soon.
