Hi, We are looking for someone to help us clean or the windows inside and outside. Mirrors inside. Kitchen cupboards on the outside as well as glass in the kitchen on the wall. We also would like the bathroom cleaned with focus on the floor tiles and the spaces between the tiles and the glass shower. We need the job to be done as soon as possible - preferably on Monday, 26/08 anytime or Tuesday morning. This is a one time job but if we are happy we may use you for moving out cleaning and potentially regular cleaning in our new apartment. Best regards, Urszula

In general quality was good. But for some reason they refuse to clean the grouts of the floor (joints between tiles). They said they did, but they looked dirty. I took a few seconds to clean some of them, (color went from yellow to white, it was quite obvious). They said they didn't see the difference, pretended to clean them again for a few seconds but they were just faking it. Then they also said it is impossible to clean. At the end I had to clean all of them in front of them (water and a mop was enough, it wasn't difficult). We called their manager, explained the situation and sent pictures. We asked for a compensation. He refused to provide discount as well as receipt.
