Total Renovate Kitchen and Living Room

We are planning to do a total renovation for our kitchen and Living room. For Kitchen (around 10 m2): 1. Remove all the old kitchen. 2. Remove 1 wall, to make it Open Kitchen. 3. Remove old viny floor, and put new heating cable and tiles. 4. Change my old window to new window. 5. 4 spots light on the ceiling. 6. Gips on the walls, and paint white. 7. Put up new kitchen. 8. With all the electricity works, and plumbing works. For Living Room (40 m2): 1. Gips on all the walls and ceilings. 2. 8 spots light. 3. Replace 1 old windows to new window. 4. Open 2 new windows on the walls, and put new windows. 5. Remove old floors, and put new heating cable and new tiles. 6. All the electricity works. Please give us your offer. We are planning to start the job in this month. and want it finished before June. Thank you. * Possible extra job: Expend the living room 20 m2 more.
