Moving from one flat to another in same building

I need to move the contents of one 1-bedroom flat to another on a different floor in the same building. biggest items include two sofas (lightweight), a TV, a bookshelf, two beds, a washing machine (60kg), and various boxes.

I also need someone to pack all my stuff. However, because I am just moving from one floor to another, things can just be thrown into a box and then dumped in the new flat. Secure packing is not needed.

The elevator may not be working, which means items may need to be hauled DOWN (not up) one flight of stairs.

I imagine this would be an easy move. It would probably need to happen around July 1, but I am not certain of the date yet.
