We are not satisfied with the service provided. Despite pointing out that several areas were not properly cleaned, these concerns were not addressed, and the cleaning was handled roughly. We regret choosing this service and would not recommend it to others.
Thank you for your review. We must clarify: 1. The property was in a far worse condition than described. 2. We informed you during the job that the scope no longer matched the agreed price/time, but received no reply. 3. We still continued and worked much longer than planned. 4. At the final stage, several people entered the property, making it difficult to finish properly. 5. We were willing to correct the issues raised, but were not given a fair chance to do so. This review does not reflect the full situation.
