Outsourcing of accounting and salaries

We are looking to replace our current team doing our accounts and salaries. Scope of the job: Total documents (bilag): 2019: 3191 2020: 3261 Estimated monthly workload by current accounting team: Incoming payments processing: ~5 hours Invoice processing and payment: ~5 hours Monthly closing, including reconciliations: ~6 hours Payroll round including closing, a‐melding, AGA & tax payment: 3 – 4 hours Registering payroll related information and handling requests (sick leaves, holidays, maternity leaves, NAV payments): 3 – 4 hours Bi‐monthly VAT report including fixing wrong entries: 2 – 5 hours Bi‐monthly reconciliations ‐ AGA, forskuddstrekk, MVA: 3 – 5 hours Payroll reconciliations (3 times a year): 3 – 5 hours Payroll year‐end closing and reporting Assist with the year‐end auditing MISC – other questions/requests from FrontCore We would like get a quote for the job, and when it is possible to start the engagement.
