Renovation of townhouse;
- lowering existing room upstairs - structural review, maximising ceiling height both up- and downstairs.
- & extending the room,
- building a bridge structure over the living room (currently 2 floor ceiling height).

+ Not mandatory, but if the area of expertise covers interior architecture, we would like to have help with:
- staircase design partial remodel,
- bathroom surface & storage refresh,
- and integrated closet & storage space design.
